So either they used cheat engine or something similar, or they didn’t and it’s a bullshit response just so they can claim “no liability” and refuse to help. Yesterday some russian hacker broke onto my account and did quite a mess - 8 5*legends gone as a chickens, almost all gear from inventory sold (had 2kk silver got 38kk), 10 void shards gone, some books gone, gems gone.
